These terms apply when you download a free package from aiagentcycle.com. They are short, so you actually read them. You can save or print this page.

1. Who

AIAgentCycle is a trade name of Good Nature Vibe B.V., Houtwal 29B, 8431 EX Oosterwolde, the Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce (KvK) 95865101. Questions? Email info@aiagentcycle.com.

2. What you get

You get the package for free, as it is at the moment you download it. You do not have to buy anything. I use your email address to send you the download link. The link works for 14 days.

3. What you may do

  • Use the package in your own business.
  • Use the package for work you do for your own clients.
  • Change the package to fit your situation.

What you may not do: sell the package or a lightly changed version, offer it for free or paid as your own package, or put it in your own template library or marketplace.

4. No warranty

I build the packages with care, but I do not guarantee that they work without errors in your situation. Test with fake data first, before you use real customer or business data. Tools and services from others, such as n8n, Make, Zapier or an API, fall under their own terms and prices.

5. Liability

The package is free. I am not liable for damage caused by using it, to the extent the law allows. This does not apply in case of intent or deliberate recklessness on my part.

6. Your data and governing law

What I do with your email address is explained in my privacy statement. You only get the newsletter if you tick the box for it yourself and confirm your subscription. Dutch law applies to these terms.

7. Newsletter and marketing emails

What you get. In the newsletter I share new templates for n8n, Zapier and Make, and practical tips to automate your work. There is no fixed schedule for the newsletter.

Only if you choose it yourself. You only get the newsletter and other marketing emails if you actively choose them yourself. You can do that in three ways:

  • you tick the newsletter box when you download a package;
  • you sign up with the newsletter form on the site;
  • you tick the newsletter box when you request the assessment.

The box is never ticked in advance. Do you download a package or request the assessment without ticking the box? Then you do not get the newsletter. You only get the emails that belong to your request, such as the download link or the reply to your assessment.

Confirming for download and assessment. Did you tick the box when you downloaded a package or requested the assessment? Then you get an email with a button. You are only signed up once you click it. If you do not confirm a sign-up through the download box within 7 days, I delete that sign-up. If you do not confirm a sign-up through the assessment, you do not get the newsletter.

Signed up straight away through the newsletter form. Did you sign up with the newsletter form on the site? Then you are signed up straight away and you do not get a confirmation email. I do record when and through which form you signed up.

One check email after a download. Did you sign up through the download box? Then after 3 days you also get one email to check the package works for you. That is one email, not a series.

What I record. I record when and through which form you gave consent, which text was next to the box, in which language, and when you confirmed or unsubscribed. That way I can show you chose the newsletter yourself. I keep this for up to 5 years after the last change, for example your unsubscribe.

Unsubscribe. Every email has a link to unsubscribe. You can also email info@aiagentcycle.com. Unsubscribing is free and does not affect your download or your assessment.
