Where does your work get stuck?

Not sure?
Let me find out
In the free assessment we look together at which process pays off first, or whether it is better left as manual work.
By sector

Web shops and wholesalers
Orders, stock, shipping and B2B prices connected.
Service providers and recruiters
Fast responses, quotes and hours to invoice.
Any other sector
Start with the work that keeps coming back.
By system
Start with the software you already have
For each system, the overview shows whether it already runs with me, whether n8n has a built-in integration for it, or whether it needs custom work.
Which technique
The simplest technique that fits
The best solution is rarely the smartest tool. The more freedom a solution gets, the more important checks, logging and a human limit become.
Fixed workflow
Recurring steps with clear input, rules and outcome, such as reminders and task handover.
API integration
Systems that exchange data reliably, such as CRM, accounting and web shop. One system as the source for each piece of data.
Screen automation
Older software without an API, where someone keeps clicking the same buttons. With a check after every step.
AI with oversight
Variable emails, documents or questions, where a draft or summary helps and a person decides.
If input and rules are stable, start with a fixed workflow or integration. If there is no API but the screen work is predictable, look at screen automation. If mainly the content varies, add AI to one bounded step. If the process itself is unclear, simplify it first.
When you should not automate yet
Do not automate yet if:
- nobody owns the process;
- the way of working differs per employee;
- source data is structurally missing;
- an error cannot be corrected in time;
- the volume is so low that manual work stays cheaper and clearer.
Frequently asked questions
About business process automation services for SMEs
Which processes should a small business automate first?
A process that comes back often, has clear rules and costs money when it goes wrong. Think of following up enquiries, invoices and reminders, or retyping data between systems. In the free assessment we work out which process pays off first for you.
Do I need to buy new software to automate?
Usually not. I connect to the systems you already use, such as your CRM, accounting and web shop, through their API, an export or a built-in n8n integration. I only recommend replacing something if the existing base demonstrably gets in the way.
What does automation cost and what does it deliver?
A scoped process is a quick win, from €750; maintenance is a separate package you can cancel monthly. What it delivers, I calculate in the assessment with your volumes and hourly rate. If it delivers less than it costs, I say so.
