Your numbers ready on Monday, from one source
Automated reporting means orders, stock and accounting keep each other up to date and your key figures are ready at a set moment, with the source and reference date attached. You steer by one number instead of three exports.

Sound familiar?
Where the overview disappears
Three exports for one number
Revenue from the online shop, costs from accounting, pipeline from the CRM. Pasted together on Monday morning.
Stock that differs per channel
Your own shop says in stock, bol.com is already sold out. In your busiest week that costs customers.
Arguing about which number is right
Everyone calculates slightly differently, so the meeting is about the figures instead of the choices.
How it runs
How a report you can trust comes together
A useful report does more than show figures. It also keeps the source, the reference date and what was missing.
- FetchFrom online shop, accounting, CRM and spreadsheets.
- CheckIs anything missing? Does a total deviate?
- CombineWith fixed definitions, the same every week.
- DeliverAs email, PDF, dashboard or a message in Teams.
- Steeryou decideYou choose what to do with what you see.
If a source does not respond or a total does not add up, the flow reports it instead of calculating on. A report that is incomplete does not go out as if it were complete.

The Audit Desk behind the free assessment
Every assessment request becomes a file with intake, evidence, opportunities and report in one place. A number without a source does not go in.
Worked example
What manual reporting costs you per year
- 30 minutesper working day
- × 5 daysper week
- × 52 weeksper year
- ≈ 130 hoursabout €7,800 at €60 an hour
Worked example, indicative. In the assessment I calculate with your frequency, handling time and the cost of an error.
When I would advise against it
A report is only as good as the data underneath it. Start somewhere else when:
- nobody agrees on how a key figure is calculated;
- the admin itself is still full of manual work; then start with the admin;
- you need an overview once a quarter; then a good template is enough.
Frequently asked questions
About automated reporting
Which sources can you connect for automated reporting?
Any system with an API or export: your accounting package, your online shop or till system, your CRM and the spreadsheets you now keep up by hand. The reporting fetches the figures at the agreed moment and puts them in one overview.
How often can an automated report appear?
As often as your decisions require: daily for revenue and outstanding items, weekly for the team meeting, monthly for the close. Every version uses the same definitions, so you can compare week on week.
What if the figures are wrong?
Then you see it sooner than now, because every number points back to its source and the moment it was fetched. Missing data, deviating totals or a source that does not respond are reported instead of being calculated through silently.
Do I need Power BI?
No. A report can arrive as an email, a PDF, a shared spreadsheet or a message in your chat tool. If you do have a BI tool, the same flow feeds it with clean, current data.
