Handle your peak with less manual work
Ecommerce automation for online shops and wholesalers: I connect your shop, marketplaces, stock, shipping and accounting, so an order is entered once and is correct everywhere. Including customer group pricing for business customers. When something is off, you get an alert with the reason.

Sound familiar?
Where the manual work in an online shop sits
Retyping orders
From the shop to the accounting software, and for a wholesaler into the ERP as well.
Stock that does not add up
Your own shop and bol.com drift apart. In your busiest week you sell what you do not have.
Business customers with their own prices
Volume tiers and customer group pricing that standard plugins get stuck on.
Customer questions and returns
They pile up exactly when it is busy.
How it runs
One order, entered once
Every step works from one source per piece of data: prices and products from the accounting software, orders from the shop.
- Order inFrom your own shop or a marketplace.
- Update stockIn all channels at once.
- Shipping labelThrough Sendcloud, MyParcel or your carrier.
- InvoiceIn your accounting software, with the right customer and price.
- Track and traceSent to the customer automatically.
- Exceptionyou decidePrice, stock or address does not match.
During an outage, an order must not be booked twice or quietly disappear. Every order has a fixed key, and if something goes wrong you get an alert in plain language, with the order attached.
What I build
Ecommerce automation for the flows that matter at peak time
One scoped flow is a quick win, from €750. An AI agent costs €5,000 to €12,000. See the pricing page.
Order, stock and accounting sync
Shop, marketplaces, stock and accounting working as one.
B2B pricing and customer groups
The right price for whoever is logged in, with the accounting software as the only place where a price changes.
Read the case →Review request after delivery
A request at the right moment, and an alert for a negative review.
Support agent
Answers questions about orders and delivery from your own data, or passes them to a person.

An online shop and Exact Online that keep each other up to date
External client case · maintained since September 2026
WooCommerce and Exact Online, with customer group pricing
For web agency Mercabilis: 14 workflows on a dedicated server with Cloudflare in front. Orders go to Exact, products and prices go back to the shop, and every exception triggers an alert in plain language.
We build the web shop, but an integration with Exact is not our line of work. Our client works with separate prices for resellers, and that is where you get stuck with standard modules.
Stefan built the integration between WooCommerce and Exact: whoever logs in sees their own price, and Exact remains the only place where a price changes. He also maintains the server the integration runs on, with maintenance every month. If something goes wrong, I get an email I can simply read. With Cloudflare in front of it, the security is in good shape.
Robin DuinOwner, Mercabilis · translated from DutchWhen I advise against it
Not every shop benefits from this right now. Start somewhere else if:
- you have a few orders a day and everything is in one system;
- your platform is about to change; then connect the new platform;
- product data and prices are still kept in three places; choose one source first.
Frequently asked questions
What online shops ask me
Does this work with my shop platform?
Yes, for the common platforms, such as WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento 2 and Lightspeed. What matters more than the platform is whether your stock, shipping and accounting already talk to each other. That is usually where the manual work is.
What happens to the costs during a peak?
With self-hosted n8n you do not pay per order or per task, so your bill does not change when your volume triples in November. What does need doing: setting up the server for that volume. I do that in advance.
Can I handle returns automatically?
Partly, and that is deliberate. Registering a return, checking the conditions and preparing the label can be automatic. The decision on a borderline case I leave with a person, otherwise you lose a customer over a rule that was just slightly off.
I sell through bol.com and my own shop. Can those work together?
Yes, and that is exactly when connecting pays off: one stock level across all channels and no double administration. Orders from both channels reach your accounting software in the same way.
