Business process automation starts with your work
Whether you run an installation company, a care practice or a consultancy: what you can automate is work that keeps coming back, has clear rules and takes time. Choose that process. The systems you already use remain the starting point.

Own practice case, measured
985 of 1,136 submissions on the wrong list
Forms, Zoho CRM, bookings and email seemed to work. One form rejected every submission for 25 days without a single error message. Now the chain closes end to end and checks itself every day.
When it comes to our systems, Stefan is my sparring partner. How it should fit together and what is really needed. He first looks at how we work and finds the solution to match.
I keep control of my business myself and still have someone beside me who keeps the overview. A pleasant collaboration.

About business process automation in your sector
Does automation also work outside the example sectors?
Yes, if the process has repeatable steps, clear input and an outcome you can check. In the assessment I first determine whether automating makes sense and is safe for your process.
Do we need to replace our current software?
Usually not. I first look at which systems can be connected through an API, a webhook or a safe import. I only recommend replacing when the existing setup demonstrably blocks the work.
What if a process is not suitable?
Then the advice says so, honestly. Sometimes a work instruction, a better form or cleaner source data is worth more first than an automation.
